We understand that planning a wedding is a busy, yet beautiful endeavor and we’d love to make our farm part of your love story! Flexibility is our strong suit, and we are happy to work with the creative ideas and budget a couple may have. Our outdoor venue features beautiful vistas, a remote getaway location, barnwood tables, lots of string lighting, and rustic chic décor. Dockley Ranch is a great fit for adventurous and nature-loving families, families with children, and any couple seeking a secluded and scenic authentic Ozarks getaway.

STEP 1: The first step is to tour our venue.
STEP 2: After that, you'll sign a contract and choose a payment plan.
STEP 3: At that point, we will schedule 2 wedding planning sessions (in-person or video-chat) and start planning your wonderful weekend!

  • How can I pay for products and services?  We accept credit / debit cards and other forms of payment.
  • Do you have indoor and outdoor venue space?  Our large outdoor space can accommodate 200 seated people. We use large tents to protect guests from rain.
  • Where are you located?  About halfway between Sparta and Ava MO.  Driving distances from Springfield MO: 50 minutes; Branson MO: 1 hour.
  • Are you handicapped accessible?  Yes.  The pavilion space can be accessed by a wheelchair, with assistance.  Parking and walking paths are gravel.
  • Do you accommodate diverse groups?  We welcome everyone from everywhere.​
  • Are alcoholic beverages allowed?  Yes. We embrace responsible consumption.
  • Do you have a sound system / P.A.?  We have a simple microphone and amp system for use.
  • Are there group campsites?  Yes. We have space for private and group tent camping.
  • Are pets allowed?  No. We cannot guarantee the safety of your pet on our farm.
  • Are fireworks allowed?  Fireworks are not allowed. Exception - sparklers or silent fireworks.  
  • Can I hunt on your property?  We do not allow hunting or firearms on our property.
  • Can I fish on your property?  We do not currently have any on-site fishing.
  • Do you sell goats?  Yes.
